Eli Kalman has been excelling at Matanky Realty Group since early 2001. He has distinguished himself in his areas of responsibility consisting of the leasing and selling of Commercial/Investment properties, as well as Tenant Representation, (including both site location, acquisition, and excess space disposition).

Eli has successfully represented national tenants, such as US Cellular, Brown’s Chicken and Pasta, and Simply Fashions, as well as regional Tenants such as The Collection Clothing.

Mr. Kalman graduated with honors and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from HTCCollegein Skokie Illinois. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance, Chicago Association of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
