As Director of Leasing and Sales of Matanky Realty Group, Ms. Cox is responsible for acquiring, selling, and leasing commercial and industrial properties throughout Chicagoand its suburbs. In addition, she is actively engaged in recruiting, training, and directing sales associates for the brokerage division.

Ms Cox is a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Ms. Cox has 12 years of experience in selling and leasing retail and industrial space. Her experience also includes development and redevelopment of shopping centers. Ms. Cox’s team won the Developer of the Year Award in 2000 for its work on the Chicago and Kedzie Plaza and again in 2006 for work on the Bethel Commercial Center, both in Chicago. Ms. Cox is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Accounting. Ms. Cox is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a member of Women in Planning and Development. Most recently, Ms. Cox earned a real estate broker's license in the state of Indiana.
