The building sold for $475,000. The buyer, Z & E Financial, will be using part of the building for its accounting business, and will rent out the remaining spaces. Eli Kalman of Matanky Realty Group, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction. Matanky Realty Group, Inc. has also sold 4600 W. Chicago Avenue. The building sold for $1,600,000. This 262,000 square foot industrial building sits on 6 acres of land and is located in a TIF and Enterprise Zone.
