MATANKY REALTY GROUP Leases to Near North Health Service Corporation at the Chicago Kedzie PlazaNear North Health Service Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). It is one of the largest providers of community-based primary care in Chicago. They provide health care, social services and nutrition education to the medically indigent and uninsured residents of the Near North side. Throughout their continuous evolution, we are happy to report that not only have their methods held up under the intense new demands of ever-changing communities, but have come through with shining results. Their philosophy reflects an approach that anticipates community needs and plans for expansions that are developed in accordance to these needs. We are proud to report that Matanky Realty Group has signed a 5 year lease, occupying a 5,590 square foot space, with Near North Health Services. This will be yet another way we continue to positively support the community surrounding the Chicago Kedzie Plaza. James Matanky and Terri Cox negotiated the contract for this new tenant at 800 N.
