Classic Gyros, a 1,000 square foot free-standing masonry building at 1543 West 47th Street in the Back of the Yards neighborhood was sold for $299.000. Anita Kedia, of Matanky Realty Group represented the seller. Eric Cohen of First Chicago Real Estate represented the buyer, JBW Real Estate LLC. The buyer's attorney was Jordon Born of Silver and Mishkin LLC. The seller's attorney was Jose Ortiz.
