Terri Cox of MRG has signed Turnin' Point Medical Group as a new tenant in Olympia Plaza in Chicago Heights. This new center will feature counseling and other services geared to older adults. Their 4,275 s.f. space in suite #137 will be open for business in June, 2007. Dezire Me , a women's fashion boutique featuring intimate apparel, will also open this June in suite #125, leasing 1,464 s.f. The lease was negotiated by Michael Cohn .
